WHY SHENANIGANS?
House of Shenanigans began as an idea to have a place closer to home to "hang out" and have fun with family and friends because we believe that you shouldn't have to travel to find what you want or need.
We are just an ordinary, small family, and we love to visit unique places where we can spend time together. After settling in Pineville, we realized that the options for entertainment for friends and families are limited. Our downtown is growing and flourishing, but places for families and young adults to spend quality time together cannot be found close to where we live.
We decided to find a way to provide accessibility to affordable entertainment that would meet the needs of all ages! Our concept began as a game board cafe and grew into what it is today- an entertainment venue with plenty of options for everyone. Our family loves to play board games and table games (like billiards and ping pong), and we know you will love it too! We want your family and friends to have a local hangout close to home where you can enjoy the company of each other, good food, and fun games!

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Most board game cafes charge for table time, but we don't. We want everyone to come and stay, enjoying their time at our establishment. So, instead of table time costs and limitations, we ask that you place an order every time you visit our venue, and we ask that you respect table time.
All of our board games are completely free to play. All we ask is that you "Don't Slack, Put it Back"; please take the time to put all the pieces back into the box and place the game on the designated shelf for it to be re-shelved.
Some of our table games are free, but our game room also has games that are coin operated, meaning you pay per game. This helps us keep our costs low and still provide quality games for you and your family to come. We strive to keep our prices low so that our business is affordable to everyone.
